We provide an online platform for devotees to book Vazhipadu (offerings), schedule special poojas, and make donations directly to the temple. The services are subject to temple schedules and availability. The temple administration retains the right to modify or adjust pooja timings due to religious necessities.

3. User Obligations

When using our online booking platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding devotee name, star (Nakshatra), and contact details.
• Be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect astrological information provided during booking.
• Use the platform exclusively for lawful, intended religious purposes.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners (e.g. Razorpay).

• Cancellations: Booked Vazhipadus or Poojas generally cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and confirmed, as preparations begin in advance.
• Refunds: Refunds are only initiated in case of duplicate charges or failed transactions where the amount is deducted from your bank but not recorded in our system. Please reach out to support for such cases.
• Platform Fees: A nominal platform convenience fee may be applied to support digital infrastructure, which will be indicated during checkout.

5. Modifications to Service and Terms

Painkannikkavu Temple reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use the service after adjustments, you agree to the updated terms.
